Do they make custom axis front/back for a 300ex with stock a-arms?

I have a limited budget and i don't have enough for + a-arms. IS it worth it to get them on a 300ex with stock arms?

Also, Works or Axis?

If it was me I would skip the rear shock for right now and just buy some 400ex A-arms. Get the rear shock re-valved. When I get my 300ex I am going ot get 400ex A-arms and some elka shocks for the front and a raptor rear shock.

I'll sell ya a complete set of PEP ZPS 300EX shocks for $1000.00 They are like new. Chrome bodies, Remote resivors, the best of everything. They are set up for +1" A-arms also.

im pretty sure they dont make axis shocks for a 300. i have only seen a few sets for them. and you cant revalve your stock rear shock, so you could either find a used one, or a 2001 raptor one. and i would go with 400ex a-arms, or any + a-arms before a rear shock also. just my $.02

If you intend to do any type of jumping, I'd get all 3 shocks at the same time. It's a really bad idea to do much if any jumping on a 300 if you're running a stock rear shock. I'd know from experience, since I cracked my frame in 4 different places. And I don't do very big jumps, usually only about 3 feet of air if that.

I'd go ahead and get an 01 Raptor rear shock for the back. Then get a shock relocator bracket and 250R stock front shocks. The 250R shocks are a little softer, so the front end won't feel as stiff or harsh if you run them on stock 300EX a-arms. I'd personally recommend finding some used aftermarket 300EX front shocks though.
