Is any one useing the BIG BORE 440 KIT from WISECO?
Have you had any problems with it?
Is it reliable?
Will it were down other parts in the motor?
Will i have to ajust the valves more offten?
Do i have to run higher oct Level , or can i just use 93 pump gas?

The WISECO piston and JE are prob. the most popular ones that is used on our bikes. Every kit is going to be as reliable as you or your builder make it basically. HD studs are recommended with the 440 kit as well.

When going to a 440 reliability prob. becomes a bigger isssue than if you were going with like a 416 or 426. Adjusting your valves doesn't have anything to do with the piston if you get a cam which you should. The cam will have specs to adjust it. As far as how often, you prob. wanna keep a close eye on it during break in and then just normal maintenance.

The octane you have to run also depends on the compression you are getting. From what most people post below 11:1 you can run premium pump. But any higher and you will need to run a mix of race fuel and pump or just straight race fuel. There are tons of threads on our forum for the 440 kit as well as 416 and 426. you can do a search for more information and to answer more of your questions you have.
