bad shock??

My rear suspension ( i think) is making this clicking sound when I jump up and down on the bike. Is that a bad shock? Is the noise because of air getting passed the valve? It doesn't exactly do it all the time.

Sounds like it could just be that the shock mount bushings are worn out
