well to get the "crap" off, you first have to stop putting it on there, that mean no more looking up titties, or playing thatse stupid flash game pop ups, you have to get rid of lime wire, or what ever youve been useing that has been dumping the crap on there first before you can even think about trying to clean it up.

Start with a disk cleanup, then a defrag, then installing, updating and running ad aware, a anti spyware program which is free. That should help alot. Also run avg antivirus, free also.
I use www.majorgeeks.com for all of my program downloads.

Also, u can download a program callled crap cleaner. It pretty much cleans out ur computer of alot of crap u didnt know u have and can fix issues with ur computer as well. Be careful tho as it can mess with ur computer setting if u mess around with it. But i myself have had nothing but good results!!!

You'd be surprised how much it helps by doing that. I don't look porn up anymore or play flash games (that much). But somehow, I got a trojan. It cost 75 dollars to clean it, and the secretary at the computer place was laughing at me because the guy who cleaned it said that it MAY have been caused by porn. :(
