Guitar Hero 1 and 2

Does anyone else think that this game's difficulty is unrealistic? Especially the second one, I'm four songs away from beating hard mode and just can't do it. I just wan't to break that crappy guitar over my knee.

Well, Ive beat the first one on expert, not too hard, except for Cowboys from Hell and Bark at the Moon. The second one, Ive already beat it on hard with no problems. Now with the second one on expert, thats a different story... only beat the first 10 songs so far. Havent had it in a week, my sister took it to her place for the week.

i dont know about the difficulty but i seriously played this game at a best buy for like 30 minutes the other day lol

im the only one in the house to beat every song on expert on hero 1. we beat 2 on hard, and expert on 2 is rediculous. it might take me awhile. lamb of god on expert is friggen sweet i concured that already!!! :devil:

what exactly is this game? My son plays guitar and bass and maybe it would make a good Christmas gift? Thanks.

Its a fun game, very addicting. Your controller is a guitar with 5 different "notes". You hold those notes down with your left hand and strum to it with your right hand. Kind of hard to explain, go to any electronics shop in the mall and can just about guarantee you they will have a demo going.

So I assume this is a stand alone game and not something for playstation or xbox or whatever. Sounds pretty cool. How much does it run? Do you expect them to be hard to get(sold out) closer to the holiday?

its for playstation the game alone is pretty expensive, if getting this fro my gf for christmas, the game and a palystation, she loves the game to me its jsut a game and i prefer atv vs mx unleased but to each their own

I bought guitar hero 2 for my son today + a second guitar for 2 player. They've been playing it all evening.

Its a fun addicting game! Some songs are HARD to keep up with.

Ive been playing it for about a week now and im 27/40 on hard and going strong. I about snapped the damn thing tonight though cause it froze right as i was finishing another song.

ive just about beat the first one on expert
havnt got the second one yet but a friend of mine beat both on expert within a week of getting them and playing them for the first time

my friend bought it to play in the condo while we were on our ski trip hes in school for recording arts and is a sick guitarist he got all the way threw hard and a few threw expert in the first couple days before he flew out he also got 98% on lamb of god on hard..... me on another hand i can get threw medium and a few on hard
