Clutch lever?

My clutch lever has a lot of play in it. It also doesnt engage until the lever is hitting the bars. How do I adjust this?

twist the bolt that the cable is connected to right by the lever youll want to be able to slide a penny between the lever and perch if this doesnt help ya your cable is probably stretched.
