smoking banshee

i recently bought a 99 banshee ..all stock ...i'm running the right mix but someone told me it's smoking a little to much ...
i don't want to screw anything up ...i see a bunch of adjustments on the carbs ...is there anything i can do ?????

May have a leaking crank seal on the tranny side. Some bikes smoke more then others, my little bros lt250R is like that.

also the oil you use in the prenmix can be different with the additives they use like bel ray can be different than like yamalube and it is..............

depending on the oil you run and what ratio you're mixing it, the smoke will vary. Also depends on the engine rpm and temp. My yamaha smokes heavy at idle and cold, but runs fine any other time. I've run Bel-Ray at 50:1 since 1985 and only had to bore it one time. Not too bad IMO.

If it's not running hot and not fouling plugs, you're probably ok.
