i heard that you can order a shorty pipe from hmf that is like 3 inches shorter than the regular hmf and im considering this pipe does anyone have a pic or some info on this pipe thanks.

Well my HMF is really loud. I would imagine that the shorty would be just ridiculously loud!

no the shorty isnt that short its only a couple inches shorter than a regular hmf

Somethin like this? It's my old 446 Warrior I was rebuilding a coupel years ago. I hacked off 3 inches.

yea about that length i seen a couple yfzs that have them hmf dont charge extra to do it either.

idk y ppl are trying to shorten their pipes that much, really it doesnt effect power much at all by shortening it, infact its known to have less back pressure and causes to lose power and make ur motor not last as long, thats y they only shorten them 3 inches, main reason for shortening the pipe is to protect it if u get hit from behind, b/c many pipes buckle when they get hit and damage them

Any shorter then what I already hacked off would've looked retarted. And yea, I cut it because if I did a wheelie or wrecked and the grab bar broke, the pipe wouldn't take any direct hits.
