Ok I Have Read Alot About Running Fox Shocks For MX, And GNCC But I Was Wondering If Anyone Has Heard About Or Are Running Them On A FlatTrack Or A TT Setup. Also Does Fox Make A Rear Shock Also? Im Building A 06 450R For Flat Track And My Buddy Is Building His 06 450ER For MX So I Was Just Wanting To Know If We Should Just Order Two Sets Or Just Run Them On The MX 450. Thanks, All Info Will Help Greatly.

If you have them set up for TT then yes they will work but you would be much better off with a set of PEP or Custom Axis.

I would suggest shocks that are built specifically for TT like PEP has some that are made for TT.

IF your talking about Evols, I was gonna try them but the Piggybacks didn't allow me to run a swaybar..

I ran them on my TT 450r for the 06 season, they were unbelievable, and great for a TT bike because they are so light. I didn't run either of the ones that Fox offers for quads, but ran one they actually build for snowmobiles called the Float X, because it has a shorter overall length, helping the bike stay lower for TT, and had Rath Racing set them up for me, Daryl ran them a lot a while back and liked them but he can't run them anymore b/c a deal with PEP.

and yes they make a rear, I think its called a Podium X. I'm running a small body Fox on the rear, saving a lot of weight back there(about 8 pounds) but their rear shocks aren't air springs, just traditional style...

I'm fine, got the quad back together and ran Paducah, motor blew up during practice. The compression release piece broke off and went bangin all around in the head. So I rode my brother's bike and didn't do very well, really disappointing for the final race of the season...can't wait till next year though! I really wanna run the Tulsa Shootout coming up though. Thanks for asking.

81built2hill81: Call Rath Racing 320-234-7223, that's where I got mine, they were one of my sponsors last year and I've never dealt with nicer, more customer service oriented people in the quad world.

i'm running the Fox evol fronts with the rezzy's for TT. Daryl Rath makes a wider torsion bar and tube to give you clearance for the rezzy's. my shocks measure 18.5" eye to eye. so far they've been great. adjustibility is so easy. talk to Daryl at 320-234-7223.

What length is the rear Fox and PEP? Are you running stock linkages or aftermarket? Also on the aftermarket swingarm is the shock mounting position changed?
