I usually don't ask these pipe questions but I'm having some trouble deciding on what im going to get. I have a 416 big bore kit, 10.8:1 compression piston and Hotcam Stg 2, Which full exhaust should I get, Duncan or Sparks? Also does anyone have dyno sheets of the two exhaustS?

I love my X-6. I wouldn't trade it for any other pipe. I haven't heard a pipe that sounds better and the power is great.

We run both the sparks and duncan on built 400s. The 400s are pretty close in motor work and honestly, the duncan is better. We've swapped the pipes on the quads to see, and I hate to say it but I liked the duncan a lot more. That is the only pipe I would consider getting rid of my sparks for.

Which is the quietest of the two pipes?

I would say Sparks, but don't be fooled into thinking either is by any means quiet

I know neither one is quiet, I just want the quieter of those two pipes. I'm still having trouble deciding, does anyone have dyno sheets of the two on a 400ex, stock or not? I love the look of the FatBoy 4 but I love the Sparks too.

I have a Sparks and I love it. When I put it on I could actually feel a little difference. They say it is mainly a top end pipe but mine honestly pulls up a lot easier now than when it was stock.

i would go with the fat boy 4 exhaust..my friend has one on his 450r and it sounds awesome and gives amazing power gains.

400eXr1d3rZ, actually the sparks is a lil quieter than the duncan. And on the power, both quads have the same exact headwork done, and the duncan feels like it gives a hair more off the bottom.

Just remember, when talking about pipes 90% is just opinion, but u will be happy with either of the two pipes. They are two of the best pipes made.

I agree, pick whichever pipe you like the looks of, because when it comes down to it that will be the only difference that you will really notice. Both are loud and both will give you a good power increase.

I have the Sparks exhaust I gotta say its alot better than the fmf I had. It gives great torque. I haven't really had any experience with the Duncan Fatboy. Hey Big Fish haven't I seen you at the Big Lick drags.
