Central FLorida natives?

Hey looking to see if anybody knows of some good central florida riding spots

I live in Tampa and can recommend Croom and Hardrock. Hit Croom during the week and have the place to yourself. Hardrock is in Ocala and is $25/day. They have 5 or 6 tracks, hare scrambles trails and some sick woods trails. I was at Hardrock last Friday and had all 5 tracks to myself for 3 or 4 hours. Even in the afternoon, there was no more than 8 to 10 guys total.

I also hear Ocala National Forest is awesome but I have not been there yet.

Big Scrub, Crooms, 5a (trails and mud), and a couple of tracks (riding fee's..yuck)

5a is kind of like big scrub. There's alot of trails, mud pits, couple hill climbs and lots of land to ride. no jumps or track riding.. that i know of. From orlando, I4 to 46. 46 all the way out to I95. take I95 N. 5 miles to the next exit (5a). take a left. the road dead ends. park anywhere and ride. One thing... if you see a cop and your on the cement, get off and push your bike. if your caught riding on the cement you'll get a ticket.

Oh, yeah. Ive been there. Can you go south or is that restricted?

I don't think there's any riding area's if you go South to the next exit. just roads,
personal property.

ocala 500,00 acers of now whoops heavy patrolled was once great to ride, gps is great to have there.

krooms for an afternoon is cool

suburban estates in holopaw is key entry only, no whoops,no police and 40000 acers of fun, you can get an acre for 10k it'll give you the deed and 3 keys
