wireless question

ok well Ive been using wireless on the laptop for a few months now, but theres a icon in the bottom showing when im connected, half the time it doesnt say im connected when I am, and the other half it does. Does anyone know how to fix this?

maybe its the local area connection thing that is coming up, which u actually wouldnt be connected to if u were using the wireless internet.

Local Area connetion icon is usally the 2 monitors and the wireless is just the one.


this probly dont help, but its the only thing that comes to mind at the top of my head
