To answer the first response - southern nevada

Second response - Keihin 39mmFCR, I believe it is similar to the carb that comes on most 450 four stroke bikes.

I bought it from a shop in North Las Vegas that had installed it on a TRX400ex that was modded into a 440 and featured in an ATV magazine. It was taken off after the test and was laying in the shop when I inquired about a bigger carb. My machine was made into a 440cc, Ohlins suspended and nearly everything else in the catalog machine that nearly doubled in cost. The carb really enhanced the power output. I sold it to a friend that was getting into riding without the carb and it has been in a box since then. I have thought about installing it on an 06 Predator GNCC but snowmobile season is coming quickly and I have no spare time for projects.

I am sure it can be used on many different machines with minor modifications and should be rejetted to your location.
