Burgard +2 Arms = 300ex Sweet Deal

I got a nice set of chrome +2 Burgard arms. Only got about 4 rides on them. Straight , not bend. Never abused. Also includes tierods. Also a shock relocator so you can run 400ex shocks. If you want both, I would like $275 shipped. If you just want the arms and tierods I would like $250 shipped. If you just want the relocator bracket, I would like $30 shipped.

Are the arms standard or long travel? They look to be standard travel.
Are they +2 for a 300ex or +2 for a 400EX=+3 for a 300ex
