Swapping a 500cc?

Hey everybody,
I'm looking to swap a CR500 in my 86 250R ATC and was wondering if anybody had any good websites that discuss this being done?
Motor just blew today so the upgrade is beginning

Not gonna toot my own horn a whole lot but theres tons of people on my forum www.3wheelerworldforums.com that have done the CR500 swap. Myself included but I ended up using the CR frame and made everything else work around it.

Yea i just looked at one today from a friend and it had a cr frame and the rest done up around it.. it was an insane bike but needed some work.. thanks for the sight man... your in fl too, go riding in the ocala area at all?

Not really, I usually go north if I'm going out of the area to ride. I would like to go down there and check it out sometime though.

Yea me and my pops are getting tired of it because they have rangers patroling a lot giving tickets for anything done wrong... where usually do you ride cause we're looking for a new place and knowing your bikes I doubt you go to mud spots because my bikes don't EVER see mud haha

Just locally mostly, we have a lot of land here I ride on mostly. My 250R is in the middle of a tear down, but when It gets back together I'm gonna start the Southern Flat Track League series racing, so I probably would get around to much regular riding. Thats OK though, racing is much better anyways :D
