thinking of going blue(well white actually)

im thinking very seriously about the 07 yfz SE (in white:D ) i have never had a yammihaw before.always rode red. but i really like the way the yfz feels over the 450r, so i may be converting.

ok i havent really kept up with anything on the yfz:ermm: so i would like to know of any issues that it has. i have heard about the stiff throttle. and something about a oil mod. but i have no clue what thats all about. help me out here guys.see if you can convert a honda rider over to the dark side:bandit:

07's got the oil mod from the factory so no need to worry. The SE's also have the LS/HS adjust on the shocks...
The only problem I have with mine is I want to ride the damn thing all the time...:D

are there any kind of troubles at all? one guy i know has had some electrical issues. is that common? weak spots?anything at all i would like to know what needs to be paid attention to?

The electrical problems were mostly in the 04's maybe some 05's too.

The 06's have an issue with the bolts behind the starter gear cover coming loose. Some locktight should fix that problem. I had one fall out not having my starter gears and caused some havoc in my engine. Got them safety wired together now.

I also broke a rear shock shaft coming up short on a double, and it bent my frame in the process but that was a freak thing.
