How does helmet sizing work. Im looking at getting a Bell Moto 8 coming from a POS vega which is a large. Is the Moto 8 going to be similar in size or any helmet for that matter

every company has slightly different sizes.
look in a catalog or on there site for the measurements

Honestly...I found the sizes to range dramatically.

Sometimes when you measure your head and check the chart for the corresponding size and then try it on, the size on the chart might be wrong and you would move up to the next size...

it is best to try them on in the store i find

well I found a place that carried the helmet I wanted but of course only had medium and XL. Medium just seemd to tight and the xl was way to big. I had them order me a large to try.
