What up everybody.Im gonna get my motor redone this winter for MX.Ive done a little research but am looking for some outside opinions. What are some good builders or shops to use and what would you recommend for a good reliable motor that will give those 450s some trouble.

Give C-Leigh Racing a call. I have heard only good things about his work.

i have a duncan 265 pv top end that i really like and has been a screamin deamon for me... duncan ported it for mx, and i have had some additional porting and polishing done to it as well... i definately give the 450s some trouble with it...

unfortunately for me i just had something go out on my tranny last weekend. the engine runs great, it just doest go anywhere... so i think i am going to sell my 265 top end to pay for my tranny, and just put my stock cylinder back on.

if youre interested in the top end, let me know and i can tell you a little more about it...

but the 265 is a great top end, and the pv is really nice as well.

I just completed a project of a CT Racing 330r. Ed Teixeria at Teixeria Racing built it, He uses the CT Racing packages that you can buy and builds you a nice set-up. My friend has a 450r with the HRC kit and front sprocket. I walked away from him on top end.

lrd my friend, you will eat up any 450r stock or work done to them, spend the money and get yourself a pv 300cc. trust in LRD.
