Color'd clear powder

Hey pappy. I was curious do you know of any powders out there that are clear but they have colors to them? Something like a blue clear. I have some peices of aluminum i have cut out on a cnc machine and you can see the bit lines in it. I want to pc them but be able to see through it to see those lines. Do you understand what I am asking? Thanks bud.

candy colors are tinted clears. when used over bare aluminum, you can usually see the base material
