It's great he's trunin 21 and all but if we get caught then he takes all th blame, even if he didn't buy the booze.

If there is alcohol in the suite at school and he is also in the suite, even in a different room, then he gets blamed.

Getting caught with booze if your all under 21 means everyone gets written up once, which is really no big deal. If we get caught now then noone gets in trouble but him. He gets put on academic probation, as well as hit with giving beer to minors, and has to go to campus court to see if he can till live on-compus, plus he has to go to town court and usually will have to do around 50 hours of community service.

It sucks how he gets screwed even if he has nothing to do with it.

Can you even read?

He never said he was gonna drink and try and get him in trouble or anything like that. He was just saying that it sucks that if they all do get caught and that kid is there he has to take all of the heat.

all i was sayin was that we were gonna have to cut down or stop drinkin in the suite all together
