Big D and the rest of you guys convinced me to bite the bullet and get my engine built. My bike goes to the shop Monday.
Based on your suggestions
JE 10.8.1 416
XR 400 head gasket
Hotcams stage 2 cam
Porting

A company Here in Vista named RPS racing is doing the work. (I have no idea if there any good but they have been there 17 years) I'll Keep my fingers crossed. He is charging me $550 to install the JE 416, XR head gasket, and the cam, That includes all parts except the cam. I think I will pay some extra for porting.

run back to the shop and get ur engine back, u can do that stuff for around 300, forget 550. its not that hard, get someone who can help you with it.

It's a 2002 and I would have to cut my d**k off if I screwed it up.
It's OK I don't mind paying a pro
