Just a review for the MN guys. Red Dot is an awesome trail system off the lame Soo Line trail. We parked in Isle near Mille Lacs lake. Rode out about 5 miles, on the whooped out Soo Line.
You then go into the Red Dot system, very cool lots of rocks, small rocky hillclimbs, tight stuff with lots of up and down and twists and turns.
The adventure trails are not for beginners, they always have a safer bypass. As I said, these are rough trails, I'd recommend a utility quad or a sport machine setup for XC (what we were on).
I'd give it an 8.5/10, we'll go back some day.
