Okay, I'm looking for a new 86mm piston for my 250X. So far I can only find that I would have to have a minimum of 4 made custom, so I was wondering if anyone would be interested in the piston kits. I would sell 2 of the New ones and the used one. I would sell these with pistons, clips, rings, pins, and an 85mm sleeve that would have to be bored to perfectly fit the piston and have your jug resleeved w/ that. case machining also. This kit with a STOCK stroke gives you 333cc's so I would call it a 335X.
SMOKE THOSE 330EX's!
New piston kits w/ sleeve or the used piston with jug -$320.

Good things about the used- you get an extra jug, dont have to worry about break in, and the only machining let to do is to your cases. Has approx. 20hrs, minimal light scuffs.

compared to the 288cc kit- It may be $5 more but almost 50cc more as well. I'd say it's worth it wouldn't you?

Now just let me know if it is worth sinking this cash into these things...Probably wont untill spring so you and I both can get the $ ready.

CORRECTION-the sleeve will be an 86mm and will perfectly match the piston. Sorry. Also I can have your cylinder sleeved with the MASSIVE sleeve...I mean you can fit the old sleeve inside the new one! :D
Oh, and compression will most likely be 10.5-11:1, So you can run 93oct not race fuel.

Any questions -feel free.

Bigger than the 330EX and has a shorter stroke for quick revving power! Ask some questions, I know you're curious. Thank you!
