well it all depends on what you want, if you looking for a little more power and speed you could pipe it and do some changing on the clutch springs and weights. There are alot of options you can get just about anything for the viper that you can get for the big quads everything from motor mods to suspension mods...

Oh I forgot the clutches , you can get all that stuff from Cory I run the Malossii fly clutch with the koso bell red big spring and red little springs and 4.3 weights, now like I said my boy races his but believe me this thing flys the clutches aren't very cheap either the fly clutch is like 130.00, the bell is 90.00 now the springs are cheap both sets are around 40.00. like I said if you need anything else just let me know....

Yes milling the head will give you more compression. But every thing works together. Like Kevin said call Cory at Kool Kids Atv and tell him Mike Kozura said to call He's cool as h@ll. And ask him where my shirts at. LOL LOL
Yea buddy you start racing just give Cory your credit card number LOL LOL

on the eton most pipes will not fit unless you take the stock foot boards off and add ac nerfs. as far as i know wrh racing is the only one to build a pipe for the eton that will work with the stock floor boards. he can aslo hook you up with anything you need for the eton.

well you have to host them someplace first like imagestation. they need to be downsized to about 500x350 pixels. once you have hosted the pick firht click on it. at the bottom it will say properties. click on that, where it says location, copy the location. come here and click reply, click on image, paste the picture location in the box that pops up and that should post your pic.

The way I do it is I upload my pics to photobucket.com (the pic has to have a address on the web) you have to but the address between the image brackets [img /img](I had to leave the inside brackets off). With photobucket all you have to do is cut and paste it from the third one under the pic , if you use it you'll see what I meen. It has the brackets and all with it. Thats the way I do It. Hope that helps a little.... If you what PM me and maybe I can help you more. Well I also resize them to 560 x 420 so they'll fit the screen better I use a program on my computer called ac/dsee viewer for that.

i want to get into powder coating. getting a gun from eastwood for christmas. gonna start small with our own stuff and parts i can do in a regular household oven. later will build an oven big enough to do frames. gonna use metal studs and sheet metal. a friend owns a sheet metal shop so that will help. gotta find someone to blast the parts for me, dont want to get into that end of it.

Check out http://www.caswellplating.com/ go to finishing forum. Man I learned alot from those guys. There's a lot of dudes that do it for a living on there. They have a section on oven building. I'll help you all I can. Go to Harbor Freight and get a laser thermometer for 40 bucks thats the key. You don't start your cure cycle timer until the part reaches the cure temp not the oven temp.

Im dealing with one I found off Ebay right now.

What color of green is that?

etondaddy
12-01-2006, 06:32 PM
Columbia Coatings, candy lime green translucent over silver metallic. BUT I did't like the way the first coat of green top coat came out so I blew a second coat on it so it's a little darker then my buddy wanted and you can't see the metallic as much. But it was a b**r job so he was happy.

Sorry it took so long like I said I was in Ky. this week.

Looks great man, the h@ll with the money they make it every day, when he or she comes off the track or trail and takes there goggles off and all you see is big eyes and a big smile it's all worth it. And after you have worked on it all week and Sunday he or she comes off the track and says just put gas in it, man thats a great feeling. Now all you have to do is grab a cold one and lite the grill.

Quadjunkies~~
Glad to see you buy from Caswell they are very good people. I learned everything I know from there finishing forum. Mike and Lance Caswell are on it all the time to help there customers. The guy that did the part in the pic is hvac36 on the site he's helped me a lot. Post some pics when the frames done Kyle's been thinking about some type of green also.

i here ya etondaddy!!! well as you know im new to this and i appreciate the support from you and quadjunkies . there isnt much competition this way but still they have fun. ive took the clutch out and the head off . i dont have enough money yet for the pipe but soon. should i change out the veriater i think thats what its called. other then that someone told me about getting a bigger carb what do you think . also altitude makes a big difference to . by the way nice powdercoating

etondaddy
12-16-2006, 06:59 PM
Ya buddy the next thing I would do is the pipe. And then the carb, variator wieghts, and rear clutch springs. They will all work with the pipe to get the most power out of the machine. Everything works together on a two strock. I'm not sure who you're dealing with, there's a lot of guys out there but I deal with Cory at Kool kidz atv. If your stuck at 8 oclock at night just call and leave a message and if he's home he'll call you back, or his wilf will call and tell you he'll call you when he gets home.

etondaddy
12-29-2006, 08:13 AM
When you talk to Cory at Kool Kidz tell him Etondaddy sent you (Mike Kozura).

Powder coating is much better than paint for durability. It’s some tough stuff. I built an oven and started to do my own coating last winter.
