If you are talking about carbondale off of rt.6 watch out because they are suppose to be busting people for riding there.

I was in Carbondale Sunday and had two old timers stop by and mention that the local Police were chasing guys out and towing their rigs. Now I doubt that (towing) but I respect the heads up. When I was leaving around 3PM a local went by me and my trailer pulling out of the overpass and he didn't give me a second look. It was suggested by the old timer to park at exit 3 Jessup as they don't tend to run you out from there. It is worth a shot. When I went by there there were about 5 or so trucks parked just off of the ramp.

Now that the Predator is back together I'm heading back up to Carbondale (area) to see what I didn't get to see last time. This time I'm bringing a back up bike! The details of how many and when are sketchy right now however it sounds like a good chunk of the Pocono ATV riders are heading up to enjoy the nice weather. (probably means 4!)

How many people does it take to fix a chain? One to hold the chain and two to roll the bike! :D

Second casualty of the day. Ritchie's battery puked and that is Norris hunting for a bottle to scoop up some watter for the dry battery. This resulted in picking up a new battery and all was good.

Nice pics this is a very nice place to ride and also jessup mountain has some nice trails on the other side of the highway across from the coal hills. I reccomend going to the 800 in wilkes barre behind the wachovia arena if you have heard about it its all coal hills like carbondale and has the biggest hill climbs in the area they are bigger then the ones in carbondale.

Jessup off of Route 6 is generally busy on the weekends. I didn't know there was access off of 81.

I've never been there. Are you legally aloowed to ride there? If not do they chase you out? Or is it one of those ride at your own risk knowing your not suppose to be there? I'd like to check the area out. I'm still building my courage up with the hills.:D
