Lead me in the right direction on where to get a good bolt on big bore kit. My r need a rebuild and im gonna spice it up a little. I want a big bore kit that contains the cylinder, cool head, piston kit and jet kit. I want all the porting and every thing done so i can just bolt it on. What r some good kits available?? Who are the manufacturers?? I want about 50 hp too! Another thing is that i donot want to machine the case so i think a 310 kit will be the biggest that i can get!

I think a 310 cylinder kit from Eddie Sanders will give you the most reliable bang for your buck without having to machine the cases. I cleaned my porting up with my dremel when I got my cylinder from them, but they are still good cylinders how they come from ESR. Here is a link to their website: www.esr250.com

Good Luck,
Darren

I would get a ct 310 pv, I have had really good luck with them and love my 350pv, I think ct has a better pv set up than esr. But most people will say go with the esr 310pv. Then send it to Neil to be re ported. That thing will rip. Then match it with a good pipe, Sparks tt, 39 mm carb , rad valve and cr 250 ignition.
this is what I would run if I didn't go 350
