tcs does a great job on the rear and fronts too. If you can't afford aftermarket suspension i would definetely recommend it.

We use TCS shock components in our rebuild. I have been racing mx and xc for years using these parts and am really happy with the performance.

Anybody have a Tcs rear rebuild?

My 400ex rear was rebuilt by tcs for a 180lb "A" class rider. Its 100% better over stock. Tcs claimes it will add about 1.5 more up travle and that it will out performe most shocks. The lowest ride hight i can get out of it is 6" of gc and the tallest i can get is 13" of gc using 18" tires.

I run it at the lowest ride hight with the compression and rebound soft as can go and its a really soft ride and still dont bottom ever.

lowest rear ride hight (2' lower when on it)

In a way it kind of looks like a axis race shock

We know its amazing compared to a stock but how is it compared to an aftermarket one?

They become aftermarket quality with the rebuild.
