I have every right to ask... We get soooo many reports of bad deals. Heck, I have even had one myself! We seem to have more negative then positive sales lately. Thats a true shame.

dork ,have you posted this in the trader feedback section?? If not, try using it .
You two need to also discuss this in PM'S .Its obvious you both have somethings to sort out .

i've tried contacting him, he just ignores me now.

i'd love for Paul to explain his side and why he won't pay me back the money like he originally offered to do. instead he deletes the threads and posts.

i'm just trying to get my money back and prevent anyone else from getting ripped off.

Well how about this, if TampaBoy doesn't respond to one of the mods in a day and explain this then he will be banned from this site. If he doesn't respond then he's obviously guilty.

what did i do? its what you didn't do, which was pay me.

you offered some parts off your yz, i said i wanted the hotcams, but you said they were sold. i needed nothing else, so i wanted cash back for the cylinder, $135 to be exact. i know you got the cylinder back, i was a man of my word. dude, you offered to pay me back, which was generous, so be a man of your word.

sorry to the others about hijacking the post.

Heres the PM I recieved..
sent dork a 426 jug new in the box, he then sent me a message that the jug was no good, I asked him to send it back for refund, when the jug came back...it was used, there is no way of proving I sent new VS he sent old..I have tons of feed back thats good!

now i can call you a complete liar, because that's what you are. you know i sent you the same used cylinder that you sent me advertised as 'new in the box' on thumpertalk. take a look at what you wrote on atvflorida.com, not one word about me 'Sending you back a different jug in the same "NEW BOX" and asking for the money', because that didn't happen. the box was a oem yamaha cylinder box, but the jug in it was clearly used. it had running marks in the cylinder and gasket material on it. plus it wasn't in very good shape. certainly not worth $135 when a new one is $200. the bottom line is YOU offered to refund it and i sent it back.

to the mods, i know this is my word against his, but i have no reason to make any of this up. this guy is trying to play me for a chump because he's in FL and i'm in NY. i have 213 100% positive feedback on ebay.

just remember Paul Corbin, what goes around comes around.
