take a shot glass fill the bottom with honey, take a liquor, whiskey, or rum, i use jack or soco, put it in the microwave for 6 or 7 seconds, stir it up, swish it in the back of your throat gargal(sp) it for about 5 second drink some and spit some out

If you are trying to heal a sore throat you should gargal warm salt water. Its nasty but helps.

I'll tell you an old remedy for when you have an itchy or sore throat .

Grab some Vicks Vapour Rub , apply it all over your neck , then grab an old woolen sock ( make sure it's clean of course) or a woolen scarf and wrap it around your neck . The itchy or sore throat will go away in a day .

Disclaimer : Usually do this at night , so people don't laugh at you during the day cuz you have an old sock around your neck.

When i get a sore throat i mix up some honey and lemon juice and put it in the microwave for a minute. It helps but drink alot of it.

Just a shot glass? and spitting some out? what kind of alcohlic remedy is that. I say take the 5th put a lil honey in there, click on the TV, sit back and sip away.

agreed... and as an added bonus, it allows you to have the entire bed to yourself at night..:D

but the whiskey/honey does have its appeal too...
