what it says, and maybe if the quad gets too small you could crop around the quad so it stays bigger but is still small enough for my avatar thanks

you can do it in paint, took only a minute. this should be close.

How do you do it in paint?

use the crop option to get the picture down to what you want...then go up to "image" in the tool bar..pick stretch/skew and put in a % like 80...it will make it 80% of what it was. do that till you get it to the size you want/need
