im thinking about getting a hmf pipe for my 300 ex. do i need a jet kit? or anything else?

Yes, you would need to rejet. Probably just your pilot jet.

No! Not a pilot! A main. A 125 kiehn(sp?) to be exact. Then mess with the fuel screw. Dont argue i just jetted my HMF slip on and it runs great.

Not on a 300ex. The 125 is stock on the 250x. If you want to know the stock jet size I can go out to my garage and get the stock one we pulled out.

ya definatly rejet, im not sure but i think on hmf ebay auctions it includes jets
