airfilter lid

ive had the airfilter lid off my ex for a while now, it has k+n. is it ok to just have the lid off and not have 1 of those covers?

its K&N.. I would get a outwear.. you dont want anything getting stuck in the filter.. K&N is hard to clean with all those lil dips.. yea.. and make sure it was jetted for it..

Oh yes, especially if you ride in dusty conditions, the outerwear would be great for that.

i find that if you use form filter oil on the k/n it works ALOT better than the k/n oil does

also great chain lube.
