Throtel lag and Cam adjustment

alright i have a couple questions first about my throtel lag some times when i first start riding it or its been sitting for a wile i hit the throtel its not right there whens it spostue be i alredy cleaned the carb and its some what beter any other sugestions?

Second i was wondering about advancing and retarding the cams i want a little more power out of it any sugestions on what i should od and what it will do for me?
