Can anyone tell me if a 2003 banshee top end rebuild is difficult?:confused:

the whole engine is a very simple rebuild the top is very easy to do in less than an hour

Basically you need 2 spark plugs, head gasket, 2 pistions & rings, 2 wrist pins, base gasket and if it needs it, hone the cylinder :)
It's very inexpensive it sound's expensive but it's hardly enough to break a wallet.. A lot of company's out there offer topend gasket kits, the spark plugs are NGK Br8es and pistons you can get from either stock o.e.m or a brand name such a Wiesco or Pro-x.
If the gasket for the reed/head is bad good time to replace it!

if you find after the rebuild you start fouling plugs step it up to a br9es its a hotter heat range plug we had to do that for my buddies stroker shee but what a rush heh heh
