clutch locked up?

A buddy of mine put a new clutch in his 400 and it will not release. Did he leave something out or what could have happeaned. He started with a clutch and ended with a clutch.

He installed the last disc incorrectly. Im tooo tired to explain at the moment, If you have a manual it gives you all the details needed. Or just pull off the very last disc and install it the next position clockwise. Good luck or ill describe it better in the morning.

You mean it goes in the short slot at the end of the basket like on a 450.
