with my curtis sparks big bore header pipe with the big core can, and with the Mysto Web camshaft, with the valve spring kit and titanium vlaves, curtis sparks lightwieght 14:1 piston, and 45mm carb, the head produced a lot of the horsepower... wether or not it was 25hp because of the head or the combination of everything, it produced that much more than it did when it was bone stock... i raced with this engine for two seasons and it produced a total of 68 hp on the dyno at the rear wheels. i have an 86 trx250r chassis with a CRF450R motor mounted in it.
