How does the HMF Exhaust perform with the HRC Kit installed? Im sure it will give a ton of bottom end, but when i go to the oregon dunes and I feel like screaming down the beach, I dont want the power to fall off badly once im in 4th and 5th. What exhaust gives a ton of bottom end power, but also is still pulling hard up top? And also I only want a slip-on to go along with the HRC Header.

basically I want to know how the HMF will perform in 4th and 5th gear pinned.

I've got HMF slip on w/ HRC header, but no HRC cam, so I can't comment for that. I added the header just couple weeks ago and it made a big difference, I definetly felt the gains. IMO it performs great topped out, pulls a lot harder in the top gears now. If I had the HRC cam i imagin it would only get better.

I'm sure someone will chime in and provide more info thats runnin' a HMF w/ the HRC kit.

The HRC exhaust is decent enough. If you are looking into changing your exhaust setup, I would recommend changing to a respectable full exhaust system. You will be much more happy with the gains.

If that is the case and he still desires more, again, I would recommend switching to a full exhaust system.

Ive got the HRC Kit with the header and a Yosh RS-7 slip on right now. Im jsut wondering how an HMF slip on would compare to what I have now. I think it will have more torque but less top end? Who has HMF and HRC Kit? How is the top end power?

i called hmf when i was looking around for pipes.they told me the specs for that pipe.i know that my freind installed a sparks full exhaust and i really wasn't impressed with it.i think he had a 188 main jet too.
