how's that intake flow?

the pipe is a d & d. we bought a whole dirt bike to get the motor and the pipe was on the bike. i only had to cut about 4 inches out of the mid pipe and it fit perfect.

the intake flows great.

put the new ball joints in so we put the a-arms on today, also rear shock and axle. more tomorrow, ups and fedex both came to my house twice today. just set the plastic on to see how the new seat cover was going to look. still gotta take the old graphics off and put the new ones on.

Let us know what he thinks about it...After he has a few laps on her....

he has rode it before just not raced it. we just done a complete rebuild on it. this is what he says and not to pee off the production guys. he likes the yfz power but not the handeling, he has rode a new suzuki and says his hybrid handles better and has way more power. he has a buddy that has a 07 honda 450 with the motor built by one of the big boys and he plays with him. the honda cant touch the hybrid. he loves the handeling of the old ex frame and suspension, plus we built it ourselves from the ground up with the exception of the front motor mounts and air box .

Good for him,I see he like it...I was in the same shoes a few months back I ran the new suz,yfz,450r..I just didnt feel right, since I already have a hybrid..Much more power from the get go.
I dont know if this is just me,but i see and hear much more problems occuring w/the production bikes(motor,trans,ect)..I thought it was suppose to be the other way around, LOL..
I still think the hybrids are going to make a comback,,,,,,,,,
Post pics of it complete
