Anyone have extended axle with stock shocks and a arms?

Does anybody just have an extended axle with out aftermarket shocks, swingarms or a arms? If so where did you get it? and how much was it?

Also if possible post pictures

i had a lsr axle with works shocks on but same difference works good....
