can somebody explain how to do this, I downloaded it, and opened luna.msstyles like it says, but when it says "Select “Noir” from color scheme", I don't have that option....

lol, yeah that is what i been trying to tell everyone, but i cant/couldnt remember who all i HAVE told. so when i get the pms i forget to say it sometimes...so i finally remembered and posted it...lol. i use winrar all the time, so its nothing to me...i always have it installed and dont think about it.

winrar is a compression utility like winzip. It's used alot because it's very good. Most would say much better than the zip compression.
