Aright. I got a shop at my house and my buddy jus traded his RM80 for a 1998 300ex. Its got NO bottom end and bogs on the top. The kid before him put a FMF Megamax hunkajunk pipe on it and he wants me to clean his carb and jet it. Whats the jet Specs. for this pipe...Everything else is stock and I`m making him buy a K&N filter....

I would start with a 40 pilot and 128 (Kiehen-sp?) main and the needle in the stock position and go from there but it depends on your elevation.

The first thing you need to do is check the timing. Sounds like it may have jumped time. Then I would tell your friend to save his money and buy a UNI filter instead of a K&N. K&N is good for power but they are no good at keeping dirt out. They are fine for road bikes and cars but I will never use one offroad again.
