Hello every one! I just picked up an fcr carb off ebay and am not sure on how to fine tune it I have an 03 416ex je piston 10:8.1 a full e-exhaust no lid with K&N filter I'm @ sea level in MA. The carb has a 165 main jet, 55 slow jet, EMP needel (in center) 200 main air jet and some other adj air jet next to the main air jet (I think its the slow speed air jet) witch I have no idea how to adj? it runs ok slight hesitation from dead stop and sorta seams rich. Is their a tuning manual I can pick up for this carb? oh one more thing what cable do I get for the stock thumb and the FCR carb? any help would be greatly appreciated!

for the cable you can use a oem yfz cable 04-05. do a search for fcr jetting and you should lots of info on main and pilot sizes for your setup. your hesitation is probably from a too long accel. pump squirt. do a search on that as well, theres a few fixes for it. also the screw next to the main air jet is the pilot air screw. set it at 1 to 1.25 turns out.
