my shocks are gone

on sunday i went riding and im not going to lie but my bike took a beating, i rode that bike to hell and back.But my question is , my shocks are riding really ruff and i feel every bump and befor the ride they were smooth. could i have wore out my shocks ore what? and i notice that it was getting harder to turn , like the front end got hevier what could it be?

You need to get them serviced. New oil/nitrogen, then they should perform a ton better.

Well if your shocks are gone there is nothing you can do about it because they are non rebuildable.

I don't think after 1 ride your shocks would go. And if I remember correct you have an '06? Your shocks wouldn't be worn out yet. Maybe you were just getting tired and you were noticing little things more, and your arms weren't as strong as when you first set out. Believe me, I think I put my 250 WAY above what it is made for suspension wise, and it hasn't made a huge difference in shock performance over the 2-3 years I've been doing it.
