Another crashed truck story....

Friday night, after having a good time with my friends, I started my drive home. I'm coming up to an intersection, when a 95 Camaro pulls right in front of me. I couldn't do anyhing. Nailed him on the passenger side. I was only doing about 30-35 thankfully.

Then the shocker. I go to get out and the two occupants that I just hit take off running. I was like WTF!!!!!!:mad:

The cops caught them later on that night, no insurance having illegals!!:grr:

So now I have to claim through my insurane, $500 that I don't have.

Sorry to hear about that. I went through that a few years back. Took the guy to court, found out his owed his ex-wife 22,000 in back child support. Then a few months later he died.

Luckily I had full coverage on my car or else I would have got nothing. I assume you did too because you said your out $500 now.

It was their fault. I haven't got all information back, but it sounds like they were fleeing from something.

I didn't receive any tickets. Fortunately I do have full coverage. That's actually tranny fluid, the grill ruptured the trans cooler.

i got in a little accident couple weeks ago with my 98 silverado i didnt even have for a week went in the ditch jumped a culvert (sp). it dented the bumper in from hitting the post that makred the culvert and bent a rear leaf spring from the landing. and the frame twisted a little bit. still drive it drives down the road just fine taking it in on the 7th to get everything fixed.

I think that truck might be before dexcool? You can sue them, well actually I think your insurance company will, for your deductable.

It does have dexcool, I think it was converted too it though.

My insurance company said they are going to go after them for my deductible, but only IF they get their money, I may get mine back.
