i ordered i non oring chain for my 300ex does this matter? thanks

The non o-ring chain will cost more money in the long run. You will have to adjust the chain just about every time you ride and maybe even more than once each day. It is like buying 30,000 mile tires for your car compared to the 80,000 mile ones. On a quad there is no weight or power lost by using the o-ring chain. The o-ring chain was made for heavy duty use and that is what you do with your quad. Start saving your money for another new chain in a few months. Also, when you put a new chain on you should put on new sprokets also. You can get some package deals for under $100.

get sidewinder chain and sprockets cause they last forever!!! they may cost more upfront but i have only had to adjust mine 1 time casue i looened the carrier and lost all torque on chain!!!!!!! get one trust me!!:macho
