trade 440ex plus cash for a hybrid

i am looking for a race ready hybrid....i have a 2003 440ex that is pretty much stock except for the motor work...the motor has a 440 kit
duncan cam
duncan vlaves
duncan valve springs
duncan rockers
duncan high rev box
450r carb
big gun head pipe
