Alright I will be ordering my Walsh a-arms soon and have desided to go with Blue and White for my color Scheme. now i have the opertunity to buy soem white FRONT plastics for cheap and am thinking about it getting them. But i cant decide.... Should i Keep my blue front plastics and do the ellis cut or should i buy the white ones that already have the cut. I am gettin blue number plates with white numbers to tie the front in with the rest of the quad. and i might get a blue hood also.

What do you guys think, white or blue front plastics?????

pic of my yfz (dont have the a-arms yet)

keep the blue

i dont like that yfz with that kind of cut fenders...they are real ugly imo

keep the blue, maybe trim them a little, but imo they are already cut enough for mx

honestly cutting your fenders gains no advantage.. stock fenders with no cuts in them keep a little bit mor dirt from hitting your goggles:)

Dont get racecuts with the YFZ....THEY LOOK HORRIBLE!!!!!!

and another plus side to full fenders is that when you hit jumps the full fenders make you go higher which means you get more air....my yfz has full fenders and my old 450r had cut fenders and i can tell a big difference in how high i can jump with the full fenders

I will pray for you tonite.

Why would you want to go higher anyways. The more your in the air and not on the grond on the gas the slower your going.

your obviously a beginner. have you ever riden a quad with full fender then a quad with cut fenders...yea i didnt think so and yes you go alot faster when ur in the air because there is no friction against the ground to slow you down

I guarentee you will hate the cut fenders. they look like trash. Other quads they look OK, but the YFZ looks like a a yamaha breeze with cut fenders.....

Just isn't the type of bike to cut 'em with. But, if your into that look then power to ya.

If theres one quad that doesnt need race cut its the YFZ. This has to be my favorite quad looks wise. If i had one i wouldn't change a thing. Besides, fenders serve a purpose.
