i have an xc race today and man is it going to be a **** hole. Its been raining 2 days straight and today it seems like a good day yet cold and still wet. Any tips for staying dry, clear goggles, ect

heres a pic of the EX, I tapped up my axle, swapped the rear tires around so the knobby side faces forward, and i put tape over the front of the fenders.

i always get confused...that ducttape over the hood does what?

Keeps mud out of the electrical stuff.

i always thought it was for the radiator.....but maybe thats why i was confused when i saw it on 400ex

same here...i guess its just the electrical stuff, which makes sense...

i looked it up...it is for the radiator...the eletrical stuff is covered anyway....looks like legacy didnt know it either...wonder if anybody at the race is laughing at him because he doesnt have a radiator and duct taped it :blah:

it will still help keep mud from baking on the engine and keep it out of the oil cooler so it isnt totally useless on it.

Oil cooler is way up high under the fender
