Just wondering how many people have a CR 500 link frame with the wide front frame rails. I've scene lots of narrow front/ CR link frames, but very few wide fronts. Were not many built? Anyone have any opinions on the pros and cons between the two front end designs.

I have a narrow 500 link laeger. Some people have told me that a narrow has little more wheel travel others have told me that they have little more body roll in the corners and someone else told me that they are for xc racing never rode any other r except my old stock frame with standard travel, so i can not compare a narrow to a stock width. But the one think that I can tell you is that I think that what I havea arrow 500 link +4 T-pin is the best on the track for handling. Hope this is close to the info you are looking for

Having the the narrow frame rail helps to reduce bump steer, that's why the last Roll Lobo frames only had one lower frame rail.

Thanks for the info guys. I have a Laeger's stock replacment frame (wide front frame rails) that I'm thinking of changing to a CR500 link. Any more info would help, thanks.

Is your frame a 250R link with footpegs by any chance? If so any pics? I could get a narrow frame cr500 link to trade.
