Ive been hearing a lot of hype about all of these pipes, I was wondering if anyone had a website with dyno runs or some proof that one is better than the other.? When i get my YFZ in december i am leaning on the CT Racing Pipe but not sure yet!?
Please post ANY opinions and examples to back them up? THanKS

Ive had both sparks and nmotion and I like the nmotion alot. Nmotion has a 9 and 12 inch can to choose from, I got the 9 inch can and it is a little loud for me. They are all gonna be close on the dyno and it all depends on the other mods you run with it alo.

i have had a ct pipe. to be honest, i've had hmf, big gun, and a few others on quads, the CT pipe is one of the best built and best pipe for big HP gains if mods are going to be done such as a bigger cam and better air intake set up. you could easily see 50+ HP from that pipe with both aftermarket cams and a k&n intake with no air box lid.

Just my opinion

i run the nmotion and love it. it is loud but you get used to it. im gonna try the sparks big core shorty this coming year tough.

I have run several different pipes on both my customers bikes and my own YFZ and TRX.... Curtis sparks out does any exhaust i've come across so far. most the quads i build make anywhere from 50-75 HP all with curtis sparks pipes with the big core shorty versions, thier a little loud but the power gains are excellent....... my drag crf450 motor mounted in an 86 trx250r chassis makes 87 hp on the dyno with curtis sparks racing pipe.....

Sure the Sparks shorty is good when the motor is ported, has a high comp piston, etc. For a mostly stock motor a regular core is going to do just fine. Ive ran both the Sparks regular core and the nmotion and the nmotion feels better all the way through. I also like the quality of the nmotion pipe alot and they look sweet.

i've had both the normal core and the big core standard lengths and shorty versions on bone stock off the factory floor bikes, and we've tested and tuned all kinds of pipes. Sure the nmotion pipe has good power, but when the curtis sparks pipe is jetted right there's no comparison, stock or modified....

we are dyno testing some pipes now as well. leo vince, rossier , yoshi , and a sparks. it will be interesting to see results.....

I have dynoed all these pipes and the Rossier comes out on top. Do a search and you will find graphs that I have posted on the Rossier.

The Loe Vince Pipe is a Highly Constructed exhaust. But it is centered around sound. It showed less on the dyno and less on the db meter which is what you want if noise Regulations are a consern. Great pipe with Less noise.

hmmm my brother has a few more mods than stock, but his 04 yfz equipped with wr crank, 12.5:1 stock wr piston, pro design intake, k&n filter and cam mod puts out 53.60 on 93 pump gas!!
this sheet is with the supertrapp style end cap with 12 discs in it as well....kind of restrictive.
